SDIL faculty are teachers who have one or more years of implementing Transdisciplinary Problem-Based Learning (TPBL) in the classroom. The majority of the SDIL faculty have also mentored other teachers through the process of developing and implementing TPBL projects.
SDIL Instruction Models
There are a variety of avenues for SDIL faculty support in your school and for tailored learning for your students. Three models of courses are offered. In range they offer direct instruction, synchronous virtual instruction, and asynchronous instruction. All course that involve direct instruction and synchronous virtual instruction require partnering teachers from your school. Asynchronous instructed course do not require facilitators or partnering teachers.
